Occasionally I will have instruments for resale that I have acquired privately. Sometimes these instruments need only basic service from me, other times they may require complete rebuilding or restoration. 2003 Kawai RX-3 #2496745 – $20,999
Immaculate Kawai Grand Piano
Super clean, inside and out, bench included.
This piano was new in 2003, and is currently in like new condition, having just been
regulated, tuned, voiced and cleaned top to bottom.
The Kawai RX-3 is a 6’1″ grand piano in a Hi-Polish Ebony finish
New, the RX-3 (GX-3) lists at $63K and as such, this RX-3 is an incredible value.
This piano is a very articulate instrument, and has a dark fundamental sound at Pianissimo, graduating
to a robust, complex Fortissimo. It needs nothing other than moving in to your space.

1906 Steinway & Sons Model “O” #115764 – $38,999
5′ 10-1/2″ in Figured Mahogany.
Original Ivories are Very Clean.
This Steinway is a recently completed restoration – one in which NO components were overlooked.
This is an exceptional piano that has been meticulously rebuilt/restored to a like new condition.
New, a Steinway O in Mahogany retails for $125K and as such, this O, in like new condition, is an incredible value.
The action is comfortably light, articulate, and the piano is a simple joy to play.

1941 Chickering #168331 – $4900
5′ 2″ in Walnut.
This Chickering is a recently acquired piano that has been kept in excellent condition.
Little has been done to this lovely little piano in my shop beyond tuning, and cleaning up the regulation.
The action is comfortable, the voice is clear and articulate, and the piano is a pleasure to play.

1926 Mason & Hamlin Model “AA” – $7900 (as is)
6’4” in Satin Ebony.
This piano is available as is, or with a Restoration Package.
I took this piano in with the intent of rebuilding it completely, creating a world-class instrument again.
As-Is, it is very playable and serviceable, with no significant needs. It simply lacks the subtlety
that it would have when rebuilt/restored, and it’s aesthetically not very pretty, currently.

1924 Steinway & Sons Model “M” #216212- $2500 (as is)
5′ 7″ in Walnut.
This piano is available as is, or with a Restoration Package.
The lid was refinished enough to allow us to see the beautiful Walnut Veneer that hides beneath the surface.
This Steinway needs restoration to be playable.
